The suit was filed in Palm Beach County Court by Thomas Sasser, the lawyer who represented Tiger Woods in his divorce from Elin Nordegren after his infidelity was exposed.Court documents also show that Carl Woods has served a subpoena on Erica. Woods has been a police officer since 1987 and is a certified homicide investigator and licensed private investigator.BT reported:”Woods’ filing says he received divorce papers from Sasser’s firm at 9.58am on May 13 and personally delivered them at 10.30am in a stall at the McIlroy family home at Jack Nicklaus’ luxury complex, The Bears Club. “He was 4 years old, thin, 5 feet 7 inches, 5 feet 8 inches, white hair with white hair without glasses.”The telephone provided at the table warned that there was a 20 -day day to submit a written answer to her husband’s petition to her husband’s petition.
