Heartbreaking news for a major golf star: Tom Kim and the International team lost to Team USA  in the 2024 Presidents Cup at the Royal Montreal Golf Club in Quebec, Canada.

The win marks Team USA’s 10th consecutive win in the Presidents Cup since 2005. However, International Team golfer Tom Kim issued a warning to Team USA after the victory. During the post-tournament press conference at the Royal Montreal Golf Club, the Korean golfer warned his American counterpart that the wins won’t last forever.

Kim said:

“I just think we’re hungry. I’m sure the American team feels the same way. But I think there are stories of people who lose many times, but always come back. Victory doesn’t last forever. There are times when we are going to lose. »

He added:

“There will be times when a lick will work in our favour, a few breaks and a few rebounds will work in our favour and that will make the difference. We play very well and sometimes endure failure, but we will not lose hope. I really support it, very difficult. “I no longer have a voice and today I will lose it even more, but I truly believe that our fans will support us. I hope we will have a chance to win the cup soon.”

On the fourth day of the tournament, Kim Byung-hyun performed well in singles against Sam Burns. Kim started the round slowly but managed to fight back and tie the American.
